OUR PROGRAMS

SEASIDE'S VOLUNTEERING PROGRAM OFFERS A HANDS-ON WAY TO CONNECT WITH THE ANIMALS
AND THE LAND.
Open to both adults and children, volunteers take part in the daily rhythm of the ranch, supporting the general welfare of the horses through grooming, feeding, care, and maintenance of the property.

Along the way, volunteers learn about responsibility, horsemanship, and respect for animals. For students looking to complete community service or school-required hours, volunteering at the ranch is also a possible option.

If you’re interested in becoming part of the ranch community, contact us for more information on how to volunteer.

EQUINE MEDICAL
CARE
Our horses live freely as a herd in a natural environment, but at times require additional care—whether for injury, illness, or ongoing treatment.

This program supports horses through those moments. Working alongside a care plan developed by a veterinary technician and veterinarian, participants assist with daily routines such as wound care, medication, and observation.

It’s best suited for individuals with a medical background or relevant experience, though those with a genuine interest and willingness to learn are also welcome.

PONY CARE CLUB
Home to a small group of four miniature horses, each with their own personality, this program is centered around their daily care and wellbeing. Though they aren’t ridden, they receive the same level of attention and routine.
With guidance from the club coordinator, sessions focus on grooming, basic care, groundwork, and quiet walks, allowing time to understand each pony’s behavior and needs.

A calm, hands-on experience that encourages patience, awareness, and a deeper connection through consistent, thoughtful care.
